1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within Malaysia and selected international destinations. Please check our checkout page to confirm if your location is available for shipping.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is completed.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

4. Shipping Fees

West Malaysia: RM 8 – RM 12 (Based on order weight).

East Malaysia: RM 15 – RM 20 (Based on order weight).

International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Orders above RM 100 (West Malaysia).

Orders above RM 150 (East Malaysia).

International orders above RM 300 (Selected countries).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

You can track your parcel using our courier partner's website.

6. Shipping Carriers

We work with reliable courier services such as:

7. Delays & Lost Packages

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team for assistance.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the courier.

If your package is missing, kindly check with your local post office or delivery provider first before reaching out to us.

8. Wrong Address & Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

For failed deliveries due to the recipient being unavailable, please arrange a new delivery attempt with the courier service.

9. International Shipping Terms

Customs fees, import duties, or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, which is beyond our control.

10. Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it.
